Jackie Anderson

Jackie, our office manager and receptionist, is a staple here at SAH after being part of our team since 1994! She is part of a Sequim Pioneer family, and has been married to her husband Fred for 16 years. She has 1 daughter, 4 step sons, and 1 step daughter. Jackie and Fred share their home with a cat (Woody), dogs (Emma and Jax), horse (Forest), and three barn kitties. She enjoys numerous outdoor activities including camping, hiking, and horseback riding. One of her favorite adventures was a 8 day tour of Ireland on horseback in 2003.

Amy Plasch

Amy joined the SAH team as a receptionist in January 2014, after moving to Sequim from Rancho Cucamonga, California in 2013. She has a A.S. degree in Business Administration. Amy has been married to her husband Alan since 2001, and together they have 2 children. The Plasch family also share their home with 2 dogs and 2 cats. When not here helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her family doing outdoor activities such as camping and hiking.

Kim Graham

Kim is a retired Navy veteran who moved to Sequim after almost 30 years working for the Department of Defense. She joined our team in 2014 working as part of our kennel staff and, in 2016, she moved over to reception. When she isn’t working at the clinic, Kim likes to pursue learning in both formal and informal settings. She explores a variety of pursuits ranging from computer programming to aquaponics.  She also enjoy the outdoors and likes to hike, camp, and fish. Kim loves spending time with friends and family. She lives with her two cats, Pikachu and Harley.

Kelli Phipps

After being a stay at home parent for many years, Kelli enrolled at Peninsula College to pursue a degree specializing in medical front office systems. When the reception position became available here in October 2017 it seemed the perfect fit especially given her love of animals. A lifelong resident of Sequim, Kelli is married to husband Troy and they have 3 terrific sons, Trenton, Logan and Marshall. The Phipps family share their home with 2 dogs, Ginger and Sprocket, 2 cats, Sunny and Zelda, and a Ball Python named Zadok. In her spare time, Kelli loves to cook and bake. This has transitioned into creating and blogging about her own recipes, and she would love to one day write her own cookbook.
